These are the Amanita that are most sought after. Our Amanita Mushrooms are A grade Siberian Mushrooms with some B Grade Broken Caps mixed in. About 50/50. The B Grade are the exact mushrooms that are A grade as far as the general make-up but they are either broken in half or a little smaller. The big difference lies not in the quality but the appearance. The appearance does not look all that bad as you can see. This is what other people sell as A or AA grade.
